Book a walkthrough

Austin, Texas · six electricians, two trucks

Every visit leaves with a written scope, a labeled panel, and no open-ended invoice.

Pejera Electric is a licensed Austin electrician crew that takes the jobs most shops treat as filler: a dead outlet, a switch replacement, a breaker panel that trips when the microwave and the toaster run together. We scope it before we open anything, price it per device or per circuit, and show up at the evening or Saturday hour you actually booked.

Rewire old house Austin · added circuits

Partial rewires and new circuits, run through walls that are already finished

Most of what we run is a single new circuit for a kitchen or a workshop, or a partial rewire of a room in a house built before aluminum wiring rules changed. We fish Romex through drilled studs where the wall can take it and switch to surface conduit where it can't, matching wire gauge to the breaker it lands on so a 15-amp circuit never gets fed on 15-gauge wire.

Priced per circuit after an on-site walkthrough. Diagnostics carry a flat call-out that's credited toward the repair.

Between the estimate and the invoice

Nine years of jobs that finish inside the visit they were scoped for.

No open-ended "we'll see what we find." The scope you signed before the first screw came out is the scope we bill.

How the job actually runs

Four steps, in the same order every time, whether it's one outlet or a full room of fixtures.

01

Walkthrough

We look at the panel, the device or the room in question, and ask what else is on that circuit. Most walkthroughs happen the same week you call.

On site, no charge to look

02

Written scope

A list of exactly what's being touched, what stays under a drop cloth, and what the breaker box will say when it's done, before anyone picks up a screwdriver.

Signed before work starts

03

The work

Priced per device or per circuit, not a day rate. If we find something the scope didn't cover, we stop and get a signature before it becomes a line item.

One or two visits, not a project

04

Panel labeled and swept

Every breaker we touched gets a written directory entry. Floors get swept, drop cloths come up, and you get a copy of the scope with what was actually done.

Directory left in the panel door

What we won't do

Short and specific, because a refusal list that hedges isn't a refusal list.

No generator work, no service upgrades past 200 amp, no solar interconnects. We'll say who to call instead.

Pejera Electric crew, on the phone most weeks
  • No work performed without the permit it legally requires

A permit isn't paperwork for its own sake. It's the record that an inspector actually looked at the work, and we'd rather lose the job than skip it.

  • No "while we're in there" upsells added without a signed change

If we find something extra behind the wall, we stop, explain it, and get your signature before it turns into a number on the invoice.

  • No panel left without a written directory

If the panel we're handed has no directory, we write one before we leave, even if the breaker we came for has nothing to do with the rest of the box.

  • No generator installs, service upgrades past 200 amp, or solar interconnects

These need a bigger crew and a different scope than a one or two-visit job. We'll name who to call instead on the contact page rather than take the job and stall it.

  • No day-rate invoices with an open-ended total

Every device and every circuit is priced before we start. If the job grows, the scope grows with it, in writing, not as a surprise on the bill.

Find a Fix

Tell us what's wrong and this routes you to the page that actually answers it, not a generic contact form.

This is the short version. Open the full Find a Fix tool for a plain-text symptom list that works without a chip and without a screen.
